All custom orders are final sales.  To place a custom order I require a minimum of 50% down as a non refundable retainer to purchase materials and to secure your spot on the order list.  

If a custom order has unique identifiers such as a name, initials, or a brand full payment is required upon placing the order.  No custom orders will begin construction without product being paid in full.  

All custom orders will receive a hand drawn design of the finished product.  Once approved this design is final and there will be be a minimum of $50 charge for all changes.

I have a minimum wait time of 6 weeks on custom orders.  When you place your order I will give you an estimated time of completion.  Often it is sooner that 6 weeks depending on the season and workload but 6 weeks is the average norm.  Your wait time does not begin until the order is paid in full.  All orders are completed in the order they were received.  I do not do rush orders.

Prices for custom items vary greatly due to the design elements and materials involved.  We will discuss your ideas and I will able to give you a price quote once the order is close to being finalized. 

I accept both Sezzle and Afterpay for all purchases, including custom orders. 

 

Damaged Products

If there is a flaw in your product due to construction I will repair it free of charge.  If the product is unable to be repaired then I will replace it free of charge.  You must send photo proof of the damage within 3 days of receiving your order from the shop.  

If you damaged your product and would like it repaired I am happy to do that and will quote you a price for repair.  

 

Hair on Hide Products

Hair on Hide products are not guaranteed.  The hair will eventually rub off with use and exposure.  It is a natural occurrence and I am not responsible for balding spots on hair on hide items.
